In our two prenatal meetings, we get to know each other and talk through all the elements of a birth and postpartum plan.

I offer continuous emotional and physical support from early labor through to immediate postpartum.

I offer two postpartum meetings - one a day or two after birth to make sure you and baby are off to a good start, and another about 4-6 weeks later to offer support and recommendations, and talk through your birth story.

A prenatal ceremony that can stand instead of a baby shower or alongside it to honor the mother's transition through birth. Learn more about a mother blessing here

Additional Mother Blessing - $100
Doula is a new word for an ancient role – a trusted assistant to a woman in labor. Doulas provide emotional and physical support in labor, and guidance both before and after birth. My goal as a doula is to help you have an empowering, beautiful, and sacred birth, no matter what happens.
